## How to switch from StatusCake

1. **Create a free All's Well account.** No credit card needed. If you are bringing more than 5 monitors, choose a paid plan as well.
2. **List your StatusCake checks.** Note each check's URL or host, type, interval and any text it looks for, and who it alerts.
3. **Recreate them in All's Well.** Add each one on the Monitors page. For a long list, script it: the REST API and the MCP server both create monitors with an API token from Settings, API tokens. Push checks become heartbeat monitors with new ping URLs, so point each job at the URL shown on its monitor page.
4. **Add your alert contacts.** Add email, Slack, Discord, Telegram or webhook contacts and attach them to your monitors.
5. **Set up your status page.** Create a public status page for the monitors your customers care about, on your own domain if you like.
6. **Switch StatusCake off.** When the new monitors have run cleanly for a day or two, pause or delete your checks in StatusCake.
