- SMS and voice-call alerts, and a longer list of integrations.
- Longer data retention on its paid plans: 12 to 24 months.

## How to switch from UptimeRobot

1. **Create a free All's Well account.** No credit card needed. If you are bringing more than 5 monitors, choose a paid plan first: the import stops at your plan's monitor limit.
2. **Copy your UptimeRobot API key.** In UptimeRobot, open the API settings and copy the read-only API key. All's Well uses it once and does not store it.
3. **Run the import.** On the Monitors page choose Import from UptimeRobot and paste the key. HTTP, keyword, ping, port and heartbeat monitors come across with their check intervals; paused monitors stay paused.
4. **Add your alert contacts.** Contacts are not imported. Add email, Slack, Discord, Telegram or webhook contacts and attach them to your monitors.
5. **Update heartbeat URLs.** Heartbeat monitors get new ping URLs. Point each cron job or script at the URL shown on its monitor page.
6. **Switch UptimeRobot off.** When the new monitors have run cleanly for a day or two, pause or delete them in UptimeRobot.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is All's Well cheaper than UptimeRobot?

For paid monitoring, yes. All's Well Pro gives 75 monitors with 30-second checks for $10 a month, and Business removes the monitor limit for $20. UptimeRobot's Team plan, with 100 monitors and 30-second checks, is $46 a month on monthly billing.

### Is UptimeRobot's free plan better?

For hobby projects with many sites, yes. UptimeRobot Free covers 50 monitors at 5-minute intervals with three months of data. All's Well Free covers 5 monitors with 3 days of history and is meant for trying the product before a paid plan.

### Can I move my monitors from UptimeRobot?

Yes. The importer takes a read-only UptimeRobot API key and copies HTTP, keyword, ping, port and heartbeat monitors with their intervals, skipping any you already have. You then add alert contacts and point heartbeat jobs at their new ping URLs.

### Does All's Well check from multiple locations?

Checks run from London, and response times are measured from there. UptimeRobot checks from several locations worldwide, which suits services whose users are spread across continents.
