Affiliate programme terms
These terms apply when Agile Pixel Ltd ("we", "us"), which runs All's Well, invites you to be an affiliate. They sit alongside our terms of service, which cover your own use of All's Well. By sharing your link or code after we have invited you, you agree to them.
How it works
We give you a link and a code. When someone signs up through your link, or types your code when they sign up or on their billing page before they first pay, the team they create is referred by you. You earn commission on what that team pays us.
Your link counts for the visit it brings. We keep it in the visitor's session, not in a tracking cookie, so someone who comes back another day needs your code.
If you tell us the sites you publish on, a visit that arrives from one of them counts as yours in the same way, for that visit. Some sites and apps hide where a visitor came from, so your link is the surer way.
Who counts
- New customers only: a team that has paid for a subscription before can't be referred.
- The first affiliate wins. Once a team is referred, a later link or code doesn't change it.
- You can't refer yourself, a team you belong to, or anyone who signs up with your email address.
- Each team is a separate referral. If someone you referred creates another team, they can add your code to it on its billing page before it first pays.
Commission
- Your invitation sets your rate and how long it lasts, for example 20% for 12 months. The months are counted from the referred team's first payment.
- Commission is a share of what the team actually pays for its subscription, after any discount and excluding tax. Anything paid from account credit doesn't count.
- Commission is in the currency the customer pays in: US dollars or pounds sterling.
- If we change your terms, the change applies to teams you refer from then on. Teams you have already referred keep the terms they joined on.
Refunds and disputes
If we refund a payment, the commission on it is taken back. If a customer disputes a payment and wins, the commission on it is taken back too. If that commission was already paid to you, the amount comes off your next payout.
Getting paid
- Commission is held for 30 days after the customer pays, in case of refunds, and then becomes due.
- Each month we pay what is due once it reaches $25 or £20, by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal, to the details you give us. A smaller amount carries over to the next month.
- You are responsible for any tax due on what we pay you.
- Your affiliate page shows your sign-ups, earnings and payouts. Sign in with the email address we invited.
How you promote All's Well
- Say that your link is an affiliate link, clearly and close to the link itself, for example "I earn a commission if you sign up through this link". In the UK this is required by the CAP Code, and in the US by the FTC's Endorsement Guides.
- Describe All's Well accurately. Don't promise features, prices or results it doesn't offer.
- Don't bid on "All's Well" or close variations of it in search ads, don't send unsolicited email or messages, and don't post your code on coupon or deal sites without our agreement.
- Don't present yourself as All's Well or Agile Pixel.
Pausing and ending
You can stop at any time by telling us. We can pause or end your participation by email, with immediate effect if you break these terms. While you are paused, new sign-ups and payments don't earn commission. When your participation ends, commission stops, and we pay what you had already earned, unless it came from a breach of these terms or from fraud.
What we share with you
Your affiliate page shows how many teams you referred, their plans and what each has earned you. It never shows a customer's name or email address. How we handle your own details is in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a change to how your commission is earned or paid takes effect. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
